dsh-plugin-leaderboard: DeepSeek Harness Plugin Leaderboard

`dsh-plugin-leaderboard` is a community plugin designed to display plugin leaderboards in the DeepSeek Harness web interface. It reads GitHub data and provides trending, newest, hottest, and recommended lists through a sidebar panel, slash commands, or HTTP endpoints. The plugin supports copying installation commands and explaining prompts, and allows customization of tokens, caching, and exclusions via configuration. After installation, the service must be restarted; data is loaded from the API first, with automatic proxy retries when GitHub is blocked.
