dsh-plugin-layout：管理 DSH 側欄、標題欄與設置裏的插件入口

DeepSeek Harness 的側欄、會話標題欄和設置頁由插槽註冊表驅動，以往要去掉單個入口常需卸載整包插件。dsh-plugin-layout 是 yukingm 維護的客戶端插件，讀取註冊表後對條目做隱藏、顯示與上下排序，策略保存在 localStorage 鍵 dsh-plugin-layout:v1，入口在設置→插件佈局。安裝需 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:yukingm/dsh-plugin-layout 並重啓桌面端一次。不支持跨插槽遷移，僅管理註冊表條目。MIT 許可，引擎要求 dsh>=0.2.0-rc.1。
