dsh-plugin-dew: View the Status of Other Coding Agents

The DSH plugin `dsh-plugin-dew` enables DSH Desktop to read local logs from agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and normalize their statuses into `needs you`, `running`, `done`, and `idle`. Installation requires Node.js >= 20 (23.8+ for reading compressed logs). Core features include querying session status via `agent_sessions` and scheduled tasks via `agent_scheduled_tasks`. The plugin runs in read-only mode only, without writing data or making network requests.
