DSH 插件“桌面通知”支持任务完成、等待输入及失败时的原生弹窗与音效，防止用户错过提示。具备防打扰机制（事件合并、渐进强提醒、专注时段）及全屏静默功能。支持内置音效、手机推送（Bark/ntfy）、TTS 语音及关键词监听。安装命令为 `dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-desktop-notice`。支持 Windows、macOS 及 Linux（依赖 notify-send），在服务器或 WSL 环境下自动禁用弹窗。
