dsh-plugin-design: Specification Analysis and Refactoring for DSH Third-Party Plugins

dsh-plugin-design is a specification analysis and modification assistance tool for the third-party plugin ecosystem of DeepSeek Harness (DSH), maintained by huabai-flowerwhite.
