dsh-plugin-ctl: DSH Plugin Start/Stop Control

dsh-plugin-ctl is an open-source plugin designed to add a start/stop control tab to the DSH Web interface. It lists all non-Group Loader entries, supports one-click start/stop and search, and persists start/stop states. Stopping core plugins (such as `dsh-web-app`) requires a confirmation step to prevent accidental removal of functionality. This plugin depends on DSH and pnpm, and is installed using the `dsh plugin` command.
