dsh-plugin-autoupdater：爲 DSH 已安裝的 npm 插件做定期檢查與自動更新

dsh-plugin-autoupdater 是 wy7779 爲 DeepSeek Harness 編寫的插件自動更新器，面向從 npm 安裝的第三方 bundle。默認每 3 小時查詢 latest，支持自動安裝；DSH 拒絕原地升級時可選卸載重裝，失敗則嘗試恢復舊版本。自動更新僅在會話空閒 ≥5 分鐘執行，設置頁提供開關、間隔與逐條結果，狀態保存在 ~/.dsh/plugin-auto-updater/state.json。要求 DSH 0.2.1+，桌面端可通過 github:wy7779/dsh-plugin-autoupdater 安裝。
