dsh-plugin-agent-notifications：Agent 状态变化时的浏览器通知

DSH Web 客户端插件 dsh-plugin-agent-notifications 在 Agent 任务完成、需要审批/提问/计划审阅或会话出错时，通过浏览器 Notification API 提醒，并可分别为三种事件配置 Web Audio 合成提示音。设置位于「设置 → 通知」，偏好存 localStorage；需保持 Harness 标签页打开，不做 Web Push。本文介绍触发判定、设置项、安装命令（含 npm 包名与 dsh plugin --profile web add）及使用注意。
