dsh-planchart: DeepSeek Harness Project Plan and Architecture Visualization

dsh-planchart is a visualization plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to intuitively display project steps and architecture diagrams through the right-side panel and a central chart tab. The plugin supports exporting in SVG or PNG formats and provides tools and commands for publishing, viewing, reading, and updating charts. After installation, a hard browser refresh is required. Charts are session-persistent, but charts published by sub-agents are not displayed.
