dsh-plan-usage: View plan usage in the bottom right corner of the DSH Web dialog box.

`dsh-plan-usage` is a DSH plugin designed to centrally display plan usage for OpenCode Go, GLM Z.AI, GLM Zhipu, and Kimi Code. It intuitively presents the percentages of the 5-hour, weekly, and monthly limit windows for each channel through a badge in the bottom-right corner of the web dialogue box, and indicates quota tightness based on minimum thresholds with green, yellow, and red status dots. Clicking the badge expands a panel to view detailed progress bars and reset countdowns, and supports automatic refresh every 60 seconds. The plugin provides a configuration card that allows users to enable channels globally or individually and set API keys or the `kimi-auth` Cookie for Kimi Code. API key parsing follows the priority order of "Plugin Configuration > Environment Variables > Credential Database > .env File".
