dsh-pet-tts：把桌宠气泡用 Edge 神经音色念出来

dsh-pet-tts 是 jimmyfenwick 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 联网工具插件，仅朗读 Web UI 中 dsh-pet 的 .dsh-pet-bubble 气泡，宿主通过 edge-tts 与微软 Edge 在线神经音色合成 mp3。支持预设音色、控制台 API 与 /dsh-pet-tts HTTP 路由，首次使用在 ~/.dsh/dsh-pet-tts 创建 Python 虚拟环境。不朗读助手正文；需 Python 3.9+、Node 20+ 与网络。安装：dsh plugin --profile <档名> add github:jimmyfenwick/dsh-pet-tts。
