DeepSeek Harness Plugin Health Check Tool: dsh-perfscope

As the DSH plugin ecosystem expands, plugin management becomes increasingly difficult. `dsh-perfscope` is designed to provide unified health checks and scoring. This open-source tool evaluates plugin health (0–100 score) through local scans, supports offline analysis, generates Markdown/HTML reports, and offers one-click remediation.
