dsh-peak-reminder: Peak Hours Reminder Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

This is a client-side plugin designed for DeepSeek Harness to address high API costs and increased latency during peak hours. It keeps persistent “Liang Wenfeng (peak)” and “Liang Wengu (off-peak)” indicators in the bottom-left corner of the interface, shows a custom notification 10 minutes before peak hours begin, and displays an API balance card that refreshes every 5 minutes. The card turns red when the balance falls below a set threshold (2 CNY by default). The plugin runs entirely locally and does not intervene in model responses, making it suitable for developers who need fine-grained control over cost and timing.
