dsh-pair-quick: One-Click Remote Link Pairing in Settings

dsh-pair-quick is a client plugin maintained by dsh-publish, designed to simplify the remote access pairing workflow in DSH Web. It adds a "Quick Pairing" page to the Settings page, providing one-click pairing link generation and QR code display. The generated link is a one-time token valid for approximately 10 minutes. After installation, users can click the button on the Settings page to generate the link and scan the QR code to complete pairing. Note that this plugin depends on `remote-web-ui`, and the pairing link minting endpoint only allows access from local loopback addresses.
