Introducing the DeepSeek Harness dsh-orchestrate Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin `dsh-orchestrate` aims to fill an orchestration-layer gap in “proactively dispatching subtasks” for models. Built on the official `subagent` capability, it provides tools for task decomposition, review, exploration, and convergence, and supports parallel processing, multi-perspective review, and template-based invocation. Once installed, users can enable automatic injection and invoke parallel tasks or specific templates using natural language or commands to orchestrate complex workflows efficiently.
