DeepSeek Harness Plugin Introduction: dsh-openclaw-persona

`dsh-openclaw-persona` is a fun plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to eliminate the need for a process restart when adjusting an agent's Persona. It introduces OpenClaw's five-file definition system (SOUL, IDENTITY, etc.) and features a Web GUI editor with instant updates. By monitoring file modification time (mtime) for changes, it applies new settings in the next message without a restart. It supports two-level fallbacks between project-level and global configurations, enabling users to flexibly adjust role styles without interrupting the inference cache.
