dsh-open-path: Open Files and Links in dsh-TUI with the /open Command

dsh-open-path is a dsh-TUI ecosystem plugin designed to integrate file system access with network link handling. It extends the `/open` command to support opening the current directory, HTTP(S) links, file paths, and the Home directory, and enables fuzzy search over workspace content. The plugin is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and WSL, logs operations locally, and is released under the MIT License.
