dsh-open-eyes: Add configurable visual capabilities to DeepSeek Harness

dsh-open-eyes is an independent community plugin maintained by hyper-dsh-plugins, designed to add configurable visual understanding capabilities to DeepSeek Harness (DSH). This plugin allows the main model to delegate visual tasks, such as screenshots and charts, to multimodal models for processing, and supports connecting to models from different vendors via OpenAI Responses, OpenAI Chat Completions, and Anthropic Messages endpoints. Its core features include managing multiple vision schemes (configurable names, endpoints, models, and API Keys), as well as connection verification and preference settings (such as analysis focus and custom supplemental notes), with preference modifications not requiring session rebuilding.
