dsh-onebot: A DSH QQ Channel for the OneBot 11 Standard

`dsh-onebot` is a QQ channel plugin built on the OneBot 11 standard that connects DeepSeek Harness agents to QQ bots. With zero dependencies, it connects to implementations such as go-cqhttp and NapCat via a WebSocket client to handle message sending and receiving, format parsing, and session management, and supports stability features such as automatic reconnection. Users must first start a OneBot client, then install the plugin via the command line and configure the connection parameters in the configuration file. It currently does not support reverse connections, merged forwards, or streaming replies; images and audio are supported only as placeholders or direct links.
