dsh-omni-router is a proxy reliability kernel specifically designed for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), aimed at enhancing the reliability of task execution through a three-step methodology—Decide, Prepare, and Verify—rather than replacing DSH's execution capabilities. The core functionalities of this plugin include intelligent task intervention, context preparation based on task contracts, capability sufficiency auditing, evidence verification, and failure recovery mechanisms. Its design principles prioritize the reuse of DSH's existing Tools, Skills, and Plugins, only suggesting the installation of missing capabilities when blockers exist, with user approval required by default. Additionally, it supports automatic detection and composition of Router Standards, and provides OmniBench benchmark testing to monitor performance. The current version is 3.0.0-rc.27 (RC status).
