dsh-novel: Novel Creation Workbench

The DSH plugin `dsh-novel` is designed for writing long-form novels, aiming to solve challenges in setting maintenance and progress management. It enables automated writing through Agent tools (such as `novel_context`, `novel_save_chapter`, and `novel_cast`) and provides a native dashboard supporting features like a novel-start guide, character relationship visualization, plot task management, EPUB/Word export, and streaming continuation writing. The plugin requires DSH version >= 0.2.0-rc.1 and can be installed with the command `dsh plugin --profile web add github:wbb316/dsh-novel`.
