dsh-notify-center: DSH Local Desktop Notification and Webhook Plugin

dsh-notify-center is a DSH plugin developed by SingleOne (MIT licensed) designed to address the issue of developers missing top-level Agent status updates when they are offline. This plugin sends events such as Agent task completion or approval requests in real-time as local desktop notifications or remote webhooks, without incurring additional token or model overhead. Core features include listening to `turn/end` and `approval/asked` events, and supporting native notifications on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It is compatible with Feishu, WeCom, DingTalk, Slack, Discord, and custom webhooks, supports timeout retries, and does not block the Agent. It provides fine-grained filtering rules, body length control, and summary permission configuration, with summaries disabled by default to protect privacy.
