Add Round Completion Desktop Notifications to DeepSeek Harness with dsh-notification

dsh-notification is a notification plugin for DeepSeek Harness Web GUI maintained by omdsh-dev. After a session ends in one round, the browser will pop up system notifications via the Notification API. Users can toggle notifications based on end states such as completion or error, and filter them using keyword inclusion/exclusion rules.
