dsh-notification-sound：在关键交互节点用提示音提醒

dsh-notification-sound 是 YUsaltyfish 维护的 DSH 客户端插件（v0.2.2，MIT），仅在 Windows 10/11 上于选项卡提问、工具权限批准、一轮对话结束三个时刻播放提示音。支持自定义 soundDirectory 与分场景音效，可通过 cordis.patch.yml 配置开关与 cooldown。安装：dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:YUsaltyfish/dsh-notification-sound。可用 fish_beep 试听。
