dsh-noc-memory: A plugin to integrate long-term memory into DeepSeek Harness

dsh-noc-memory is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address the issue of context loss after a single agent session concludes and to enable long-term memory functionality. Rather than providing a standalone memory store, this plugin connects DSH to a user-deployed Noc Memory MCP server. It primarily offers two categories of capabilities: loading long-term memory (noc_boot) and daily briefings (noc_briefing) at the start of a session; and reading, searching, creating, and updating memory entries (noc_read, noc_search, noc_create, noc_update). Using this plugin requires an environment with Node.js >= 20.0.0 and execution via `dsh plugin --p`
