dsh-no-workspace is a community-maintained DeepSeek Harness plugin designed to provide a secure read-only session mode. Using in-memory injection, it adds a “No Workspace” entry point in the official Web UI to create read-only sessions in an isolated directory. Built with a zero-coupling architecture, it writes a special file to trigger system lock guardrails that permanently deny tool-surface escalation and file writes, supporting only conversation and retrieval, so users can avoid the risk of accidentally executing commands or modifying files.
