dsh-no-phone-home: Block DeepSeek Harness from Collecting Telemetry Data

The `dsh-no-phone-home` plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is a patch-only package that blocks DSH’s default transmission of diagnostic data, session logs, and feedback information to official servers. It disables multiple plugin entries, including `session-telemetry-otel`, `session-log-deepseek`, and `plugin-package-inventory-deepseek`, thereby cutting off data transmission paths. It is compatible with older versions of DSH. After installation, it is recommended to set the environment variable `DSH_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1` to ensure privacy and security, without affecting core features such as account login.
