dsh-netassist: DeepSeek Harness Network and Proxy Diagnostic Assistant

dsh-netassist is a DSH toolkit plugin maintained by Edge-Echo, designed to provide agents with read-only network diagnostics capabilities. It uses PowerShell on Windows environments to help users troubleshoot GitHub connectivity, system proxy status, and port liveness issues through DNS resolution, TCP port probing, HTTPS status code checks, and Hosts file scanning.
