DeepSeek Harness TUI Plugin: dsh-native-tui

`dsh-native-tui` is a community TUI plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed for terminal developers. It wraps Harness core capabilities in a terminal interface, supporting session, provider, and model management as well as terminal interaction. After installation, it can be launched with the `deepseek` command and supports creating or resuming sessions, switching models, adjusting reasoning strength, Code Mode, HITL interaction, and viewing MCP tools. The project is released under the MIT license and does not modify the Harness core.
