dsh-model-picker-search: DSH Web GUI Plugin (Realtime Search and Effort Selector)

This plugin introduces real-time search at the top of the model list by replacing DeepSeek Harness (DSH)'s native ModelSelect component. It supports filtering by model name, ID, or provider name while retaining the Effort (reasoning intensity) selection. The plugin reads and syncs the native ModelDirectory to ensure state consistency with the Composer plugin and the `/model` command, and supports automatic focus, navigation controls, and theme adaptation. A service restart is required after installation, and it is compatible with DSH 0.1.0-rc.8 and later.
