dsh-model-gear：DSH 输入框里的模型挡位与闪电编排

dsh-model-gear 是 chenyuxuan-official 维护的 DSH 桌面插件，在 composer 输入区提供模型选择、按宿主 reasoning.efforts 绘制的强度滑条、本机显示名，以及 off/fast/tree 闪电编排。除 orchestration-policy 中的 Lightning 契约与提醒外不注入人设。安装：dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:chenyuxuan-official/dsh-model-gear，装后需重启。编排状态持久化于 ~/.dsh/storages/，超快第二层需按文档调高子代理 maxDepth。MIT 许可。
