dsh-model-endpoint：把 Harness 当前模型发布成 OpenAI 兼容 HTTP 端点

dsh-model-endpoint 是社区插件，在本机或 LAN 独立监听 OpenAI 兼容 API，复用 Harness profile 的模型路由与凭据。支持 /v1/chat/completions 流式、Bearer 鉴权、CORS、设置页及可选借出 Harness 工具。客户端只需 base_url；绑定 0.0.0.0 或公网转发时需 API key。安装使用 dsh plugin add 本地路径或 tgz，默认端口 8787。
