dsh-mnemo：给 DeepSeek Harness 的跨会话长期记忆

dsh-mnemo 为 DeepSeek Harness 提供跨会话记忆：global/project/session 分层，规则与 pitfall 每轮注入，其余按 IDF 加权召回并带半衰期；数据为 ~/.dsh/mnemo/memory.json 明文 JSON。提供 memory_save、memory_recall、memory_forget 三工具，设置中「鲸忆」管理。安装：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-mnemo 或插件市场，需 dsh>=0.2.0，MIT。
