dsh-minify: JS/CSS/HTML Code Minification

dsh-minify is a local code compression plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) workflows. Maintained by uckkk, it supports minifying JS, CSS, and HTML without internet access or calling external services. Install it with `dsh plugin add dsh-minify`, and enable it in `dsh.profile.bundles` in `package.json`. Ensure that `@deepseek-ai/cordis` and `@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools` are installed in the environment when using it. Please review the source code before installation.
