dsh-mic-dictation is a native client plugin for DeepSeek Harness, designed to address the tedium of manually entering tasks on the web. By inserting a microphone button into the prompt bar, it leverages the browser’s native speech recognition capability to automatically convert speech to text input, eliminating the need to switch input methods. The plugin runs entirely client-side, works out of the box after installation, does not collect any data, and supports Chrome, Edge, and Safari. After clicking the button and granting microphone permission, users can simply speak their instructions, which are then automatically filled into the prompt box.
