dsh-message-reminder：DSH 詢問時的 Windows 桌面消息提醒

dsh-message-reminder 是 LJY4-bilibili 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件。當智能體調用 ask_user_question 且用戶未在前臺查看該 Session 時，在 Windows 右下角彈出可點擊的毛玻璃通知卡片，點擊可恢復 DSH 並回到對應會話；非 Windows 或輔助進程不可用時回退頁面 Notification。本文介紹觸發邏輯、安裝命令、cordis.patch.yml 配置項與環境要求（Node.js >= 22、Windows 10 1803+），並說明插件以 DSH 進程權限運行、安裝前應查閱源碼與 MIT 許可證。
