dsh-message-recall：在 DSH 裏按條撤回與刪除消息

dsh-message-recall（@kyle123740/dsh-message-recall）是 DeepSeek Harness 客戶端插件，在每條消息上提供撤回、刪除、刪除此處及之後。通過 append-only 墓碑與 surfaceOp replace，被刪內容同時從模型上下文與界面移除，刷新重啓仍生效。要求 dsh >= 0.1.7-alpha.1；安裝使用 dsh plugin --profile desktop|web add，並在設置中啓用後重啓 profile。Agent 忙時不可操作；刪除需二次確認。
