dsh-memory-tier：三檔記憶與本地檢索注入

dsh-memory-tier 是 yingchaoyi 維護的 DSH 記憶類插件，將 agent 記憶分爲長期、中期、短期三檔，各自 TTL 與容量，本地二元組與標籤檢索，按相關度與字數預算注入 systemPrompt.context。提供 mem_note、mem_search 等工具，支持 locked 底稿、自動寫入短期檔與 mem_persona 人設。需 Node.js ≥22、DSH 0.2.x 與 web profile，數據存 ~/.dsh/memory-tier/store.json，MIT 0.1.4。
