@asherliner/dsh-memory-connect: Add cross-session memory for DSH

@asherliner/dsh-memory-connect is an open-source, MIT-licensed cross-session memory plugin for DSH (v0.6.1, requires Node.js >= 18). It addresses the issue of information loss when a DSH session ends. Its core capabilities include: Global Soul (providing a persistent global identity via ~/.dsh/soul.md), automatic information extraction, cross-session memory retrieval, context inflation prevention, scheduled maintenance, LLM-driven memory integration, memory decay and compression, and full-text search based on SQLite FTS5. The plugin adopts a Trust Model, injecting recalled history as an untrusted reference while always prioritizing the current instruction. It can be installed by adding it to a specified profile via the `dsh plugin` command or npm.
