dsh-memo-notebook: DeepSeek Harness Workspace Task Memo

The dsh-memo-notebook plugin is designed to address the issue of task context loss in long DeepSeek Harness sessions. By automatically capturing instructions, tracking status transitions (queued, in progress, and completed), and persisting them to disk, it prevents tasks from being interrupted when the Agent is busy or when a user jumps the queue. The plugin supports recovering tasks after queue interruptions, bulk management, and sidebar panel operations, enabling users to manage tasks through the UI or API to ensure workflow continuity in long-running scenarios.
