dsh-meego: DeepSeek Harness Feishu Project Management Plugin

dsh-meego is a Feishu project management plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address the lack of tools available to agents when accessing Meego. Installation requires Node.js 22.13+ and a Meego CLI environment.
