dsh-mcu51：Windows 下 DSH 8051 單片機工具箱

dsh-mcu51 是 XSXLL22 維護的 Windows x64 DSH 客戶端插件（0.3.0-alpha.3），提供 mcu_doctor、mcu_flash、mcu_serial、mcu_options 等 12 個 8051/STC 開發工具，Release 自帶隔離 Python 與 stcgal，不依賴系統 Python 或 STC-ISP。本文介紹工具範圍、官方 Release 安裝命令、典型 dryRun 燒錄流程及 DSH 0.2.1 系列宿主要求與 alpha 版驗證邊界。
