dsh-mcp-tia：在 DSH 里用自然语言操作博途工程

dsh-mcp-tia 是 yh01010 维护的 DSH 桥接插件，通过 cordis.patch.yml 启动本机 TIA Portal Openness MCP Server，在会话中暴露 mcp__tia__* 工具以读写 PLC/HMI、编译诊断与保存。西门子无官方 MCP Server，插件不含博途与后端 exe，须在 Windows 上满足 Openness 组权限等前置条件后，用 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:yh01010/dsh-mcp-tia 安装，并在 $DSH_HOME/cordis.patch.yml 以 id 覆盖填写后端路径。
