dsh-mcp-plugin：在 DSH Web 设置里管理 MCP 服务器

shinelon/dsh-mcp-plugin（@local/mcp-manager）是 DeepSeek Harness 的 Web 双面插件，在设置中新增「MCP 服务」页，对当前 profile 的 MCP 做列表、新增、编辑、删除与启停，展示 loader fiber 实时状态。变更写入 ~/.dsh/profiles/web/cordis.patch.yml 并由 HMR 热重载。支持 stdio 与 streamable-http 表单校验、CST 保注释与 !!js 透传、回环路由与原子写。安装示例为 dsh plugin --profile web add link:本地路径，需重启一次；MIT 许可，DSH >=0.1.7-rc.2。
