DeepSeek Harness (DSH) Plugin: dsh-mcp-matlab

`dsh-mcp-matlab` is a configuration plugin that connects a local MATLAB environment to the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) framework. The plugin does not include the main files; it only provides a `cordis.patch.yml` configuration template for connecting to `matlab-mcp-server-windows-x64.exe`. After installation, DSH gains five tools: executing code, running scripts, testing, code inspection, and toolbox detection. Before use, you must download and configure the MCP Server and the MATLAB path yourself, and correctly modify the `cordis.patch.yml` file to enable the service.
