dsh-mac-companion: Connecting DSH with macOS Local Capabilities

`dsh-mac-companion` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to resolve cross-system challenges when calling macOS features (such as notifications, Shortcuts, and the clipboard) from a WSL environment. It communicates with a daemon on macOS over HTTP and acts as middleware. After installation, users can configure environment variables and run simple commands in WSL to remotely control local Mac capabilities.
