dsh-loop-recover：檢測死循環、剪枝壓縮並在原任務上續跑

dsh-loop-recover 是 terry2010 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，針對小模型流式輸出中的字面或語義死循環，提供五層檢測、剪枝重複後綴、v4 compaction 摘要替換上下文，並在同一 agent 循環內 followup 續跑。支持 rescue/cut/observe 三種模式與 GUI 配置。安裝方式爲插件頁搜索安裝或 dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-loop-recover。勿與 dsh-agent-loop-guard、dsh-client-auto-continue、dsh-session-shift 同時使用。
