dsh-loom is a second-validator plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address verification and activation issues in multi-plugin collaborative evolution. It provides a verifiable evolution control plane through the separation of responsibilities into Actor (task planning), Builder (isolated implementation and testing), Verifier (independent adjudication), and Gate (exclusive installation and restoration rights). Core capabilities include the isolated implementation of Config/Skill, natural language plugin delegation, joint source code evolution for up to three plugins, deterministic lifecycle management, and package-aware atomic activation/resume. v1.3.0 Preview supports plugin transactions but requires a DSH source code checkout environment; standard CLI installation only provides v1.2 basic capabilities. This tool strictly forbids building.
