dsh-logger-panel: Runtime Log Panel for DeepSeek Harness

dsh-logger-panel is a DSH plugin designed to capture Host's Cordis logger output and provides real-time viewing and persistence capabilities within the Web settings page. It pushes logs via SSE and employs a 100ms batch append mechanism to ensure that only plain text is rendered on the client side, thereby avoiding the transmission of sensitive data. The plugin supports Auto-follow, manual pause, and the loading of historical logs, retaining the most recent 2,000 records in memory. Logs are persisted as date-named JSONL files with a single file limit of 5MiB, retained for 30 days, and strictly restricted to permissions 0700/0600. In the event of a disk write failure, the real-time stream continues to function and reports errors. Installation requires Node ^22.19 or later and DSH 0.1.0-rc.6+, and it supports npm.
