DeepSeek Harness Plugin: dsh-llm-capabilities

`dsh-llm-capabilities` is a DSH plugin designed to address the limitation of the official `llm-pi-ai` UI, which only allows editing `contextWindow` and does not allow configuring the key parameter `reasoningEfforts`. It automatically detects and manages model capabilities, offers reasoning effort settings such as `off/low/medium/high/xhigh/max`, and strictly preserves vision settings. Installation requires environment prerequisites such as `DHS >= 0.1.1-rc.2`. Once enabled, users can configure a model’s reasoning capability in the settings, and the plugin safely writes the configuration into the route, supporting OpenCode Go session handling and backward compatibility.
